Bylaws
Below is a link to a .pdf file made from a scan of the bylaws dated November of 1986, plus several amendments. Signatures have been redacted.
On the last page is an amendment specifying that we are organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law, and that "The specific purposes of this corporation is to be educational within the limits of 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code."
Although the filesize is now down to a svelte 416K (from a beefy 1.88MB), your webmistress suggests you might still do better to download it rather than attempt to view it in your browser window. It's also suggested that when printing from the Acrobat Reader (or full version), you check the "shrink pages to fit" option so you get the small print in the bottom margin indicating the general subject of each page.
